Ownership

To us at Environmental Solutions (Asia), Ownership does not only mean you just own something. It makes you responsible for it. For example, religious scriptures like the bible state that humankind owns the world. However, do we truly own it in a responsible way now? We think there is remarkable potential for improvement in how we manage the natural resources on earth.
This is also why we assume responsible ownership not only regarding our company, but also considering the environment and stakeholders we touch upon in our daily interactions. We infuse our daily conduct of business with all our other values so we act responsible and in line with our basic foundations.
Ownership is an important value for us and for all our employees as we also act assuming ownership with regards to all the assets of our company. Treating equipment appropriately and sticking to safety procedures, all of us care for the appropriate conduct of our recycling operations.
Ownership therefore also means enabling employees, giving them the information and know-how that they need in order to act in line with this value.
A wholesome definition of ownership therefore includes assuming responsibility. We feel responsible for our company, our stakeholders and the world and therefore include their needs and thoughts in our daily actions, no matter how big our small they are. All in all, ownership for us contributes to a holistic sustainability practice in economic, ecological and social terms.
If you share the same values and wish to manage your waste, take ownership of it and turn waste into treasure for all of us, get in touch and let’s work together in a way that is sustainable for both of us.
